尺寸变化率测定仪温度系统采用微电脑智能数字技术制造，具有工业PID自整定和四位双LED窗显示功能，控温精度高、抗干扰能力强，并且操作非常方便。箱体采用优质冷轧板，表面静电粉末喷涂，涂层坚硬牢固，防锈能力强。工作室为优质钢板，圆角造型、流畅、光滑极易清洁。箱体与工作室之间填充超细玻璃棉隔热材料，具有良好的保温性能，有效保证箱内温度的稳定准确和对使用环境的影响。箱门观察窗为双层钢化玻璃结构，能够清晰观察箱内加热的物品，又有良好的隔热效果。箱内设计有合理的热风循环信道，使箱内温度分布更加均匀、温度上升更快；该仪器装有可调节的出风管，可以调节箱内进出空气量。如箱内排出的气体有异味或有毒，出风管能方便的另接管道将气体排至地点。
