三 主要用途及功能
满足GB1408-2006 GB/T1695-2005 GB/T3333  GB12656 及ASTM D149 标准要求.主要适用于固体绝缘材料如：塑料、薄膜、树脂、云母、陶瓷、玻璃、绝缘漆等介质在工频电压或直流电压下击穿强度和耐电压时间的测试。
四   软件程序控制功能：
1．该设备试验过程中可动态绘制出试验曲线，试验的曲线可以多种颜色叠加对比，局部放大，曲线上任意一段可进行区域放大分析。
2．可对试验数据进行编辑修改，灵活适用；
3．试验条件及测试结果等数据可自动存储；

五、高压击穿设备安全说明：
◇  试验在试验箱中进行，试验箱门打开时电源加不到高压变压器输入端，即高压侧无电压。100KV测试设备高压电极距离试验箱壁的zui近距离大于370mm，50KV测试设备高压电极距离试验箱
壁的zui近距离大于250mm，试验时即使人接触箱壁也不会有危险。
◇  设备要安装单独的保护地线。接保护地线，主要是减少试样击穿时对周围产生的较强的电磁干扰。也可避免控制计算机失控。
◇  该试验设备的电路设有多项保护措施，主要有：过流保护、失压保护、漏电保护、短路保护、直流试验放电报警等。
◇  直流试验放电报警功能:在设备做完直流试验时,当开启试验门时设备会自动报警,直至使用设备上的放电装置放电后报警会自动取消.(注：因为直流试验后不放电会危险到人身安全,不能直接
拿取电极,起到提醒使用人员放电以免造成人身伤害)。
◇  试验放电装置，随主机为一体化，改进了以往单独配备一根放电杆的功能。

注意事项：
本仪器为高压试验设备，使用时必须注意以下几点
1，    仪器安装时应具有独立的接地线。
2，    在开机前，操作者要首先熟悉操作方法。
3，    仪器不能在有强烈腐蚀性气体及有颗粒杂质的气体环境中使用。
4，    试验环境温度15度到25度之间，相对湿度60％到70％之间
5，    试样击穿瞬间有火花产生并伴有声响，属正常现象。
6，    每次更换试样或接触高压电极时必须用高压放电棒对高压电极进行放电，放电时间5秒以上。
7，    每次进行试验前，必须检查仪器接地。

调试培训方案
为保证所购设备正常运行，用户能够熟练使用，我公司负责免费为用户调试安装，培训技术人员。
安装调试：
1.仪器到货后，用户方应对所到货物的外包装进行检查。若发现损坏及损坏到何程度，应立即以或书面形式通知我公司。用户须在我公司派安装工程师去现场的情况下方可开箱，
否则任何物品的损坏或缺少配件将由用户方负责。
2.在进行安装调试前用户方应提供相应的准备工作，并予以提前通知，（具体安装调试日期双方可以协商而定）。
3.我公司负责派专人安排该设备的安装调试事宜，保证设备到厂后以zui快的速度进行使用
培训分为：现场培训，指导。
1.现场培训，货物到达客户方后，我司会派出相关技术人员到达客户地点，指导客户现场安装设备，并进行调试，保证客户能够正确掌握设备的使用方法，熟练的进行操作！
指导，若客户在使用过程中遇到问题，可以及时打进行询问，我司会有专门客服工程师为您进行解答！如在保修期内，设备自身出现非人为问题，我司先进行指导，如解决不了，

五、高压击穿设备安全说明：
